For generations of college students in New York & New Jersey, our Basileia conference has been a space where students encounter Jesus and experience transformation: Skeptics become seekers, seekers become disciples. Scripture comes alive, prayer becomes a conversation, worship becomes a relationship. Many alumni point to this conference as a pivotal moment in their life with God. Your Partnership at Basileia had this type of impact!
- Thirty-six students from across NY/NJ made first time decisions to follow Jesus!
- Eighty-nine students attended a staff interest gathering and have started a discernment journey about a future in full time vocational ministry!
- Hundreds of students made significant lordship decisions—turning from sin and sinful habits and embracing fullness of life found in Jesus.
- Eighty students signed up for summer Bible study training because they want to start new groups!
Out of the 490 students who came over the 3 weeks, 91 students attended from Upstate New York!
- Week One: we saw 4 students attend from Colgate University, 4 students from SUNY Poly, 3 from Mohawk Valley, 3 from Skidmore, 7 from RPI, and 3 from Hilbert College.
- Week Two: we saw 30 students attend from SUNY Binghamton, 6 from Cornell, 5 from Paul Smiths, 6 from Clarkson, 5 from Hudson Valley CC, 8 from SUNY Geneseo, and 5 from SUNY Fredonia.
- Week Three: 3 students from Onondaga CC
