Through Family Promise, Grace Church has hosted families experiencing temporary homelessness in our building. Two years ago, however, Family Promise switched to maintaining permanent shelter spaces for guest families. Grace Church continues to provide financial support for Family Promise, and periodically we also provide food for the families they are hosting.
Our turn to gather those provisions is coming up. During the week of April 2 (Holy Week) we will collect groceries and prepare a meal for Family Promise’s guest families. Watch for an announcement and a signup opportunity to appear soon in the Friday email from Grace.
