Pastor Leggett is Retiring
Our beloved senior pastor of thirty-nine years, Rev. Dr. Paul A. Leggett, is retiring on December 31, 2020. Beth Leggett is also retiring at the end of the year. The Session and Pastoral Staff are making plans to honor and celebrate Paul and Beth on this occasion while safeguarding the health of the Leggetts and the members of the Grace community. Keep an eye out for announcements in “This Week at Grace.”
Jane Leggett’s Birthday
Jane Leggett, our Senior Pastor’s dear mother, will mark a major milestone in early October. Ever since she first joined Grace Presbyterian Church in 1939 she has been a central figure in the life of the church. Naturally, the family would like to celebrate this milestone with her in grand style, but COVID-19 makes that impossible.
That’s where you, the Grace Church community, can help. Would you send Jane a card or letter wishing her a happy birthday? Her address is in the Grace Church directory, or you can contact the church office at 973-744-2565.
