Grace upon Grace Summer 2021: Open Doors

Welcome to the Summer 2021 Issue of Grace upon Grace. On Sunday, May 23, 2021, the doors of Grace Church opened to allow worshippers in for the first time in fourteen months. Praise God for all of the medical advances and public health measures that allow us to meet together in person again. Praise God for keeping us together as a community throughout the closure. We hope you enjoy these reflections and representations of open doors.

Pastoral Staff Columns

In this issue we welcome Rev. Robin Miller Currás, who walked through the doors of our church building for the first time as Interim or Transitional Pastor on June 1, 2021.

  • Pastor Robin Miller Currás: Open Doors
  • Pastor Margo Walter’s Thinking These Days
  • Nick Wallwork’s Farwell to the Children of Grace
The Session treated the church staff to lunch on June 2 to thank them for their hard work during the pandemic and to welcome Pastor Robin Miller Currás. This is the first time the staff had been together in person since March 2020.
